Classes at CORE. Our group sessions are FREE and run throughout the week! With a varied timetable we advertise each week's classes on both Facebook and Instagram at 7pm every Sunday for the week ahead. Defined as small group training, all sessions take place on the gym floor. Examples of the sessions are: HIIT & Abs A fast paced HIIT class run, with some core exercises to really burn the calories and get defined abs along the way Mobility and Movement We will show you some exercises and stretches to help improve your mobility Circuits A 45 min functional class with a twist, taking you through fun new exercises while burning maximum calories. Olympic Weightlifting Learn how to perform the two olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). These lifts can be quite challenging so some experience of squats would help! Ladies Weights Class A 45 minute weights based class for women. Legs, Bums and Tums A 45 minute class working on your Legs, Bums and Tums. SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness) A high intensity class working on all aspects of explosive power in a circuit style format.
